Reservation Policy

Reservations for appointments can be made on the Contact Us page. Once scheduled, you will be sent information regarding your appointment a few days prior. Reminder notices will also be sent  prior to your appointment via email. If these are not received please contact us at (813)540-0639. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. We do ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow someone else who may be waiting to schedule.  If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or the patient does not show, a fee of $50 will be charged. If a second appointment is cancelled or the patient does not show, the full amount of the appointment will be charged. 


The credit card on file will be charged following the session. If there is no credit card on file, payment will be due in full at the time of the visit in the form of credit card, cash, check or venmo.


 All advice on this site and affiliated social media is educational and self-directed in nature. The suggestions, exercises and recommendations do not replace seeing a physician or physical therapist for an in-person examination and/or treatment.
