Tired of long wait times, short visits and not being able to get in touch with your provider? We were too! In order to spend a full hour of one on one time with you and to be able to see you as frequently as needed, we currently do not accept insurance. 

Upon request, we will provide an itemized super bill with the codes required for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, using your out of network benefits for physical therapy. 

$225 (1 hour)

Together we will discuss your health history and goals for pelvic floor physical therapy. We will do a series of physical assessments to help figure out the best exercises and treatment for your body's needs. You will receive a personalized home exercise program for you to continue your healing at home.

$190 (1 hour)

Follow up sessions allow us to guide you to achieving your goals! Treatment may include: massage, manual therapy,  biofeedback, electric stimulation, exercise guidance, updates and progressions to your home exercise program and keep us on track toward achieving your goals. 

Initial Visit $225 (1 hour), Follow up Visit $190 (1 hour)

This is a great option if you are looking for expert advice regarding your pelvic health, don't live in the area, or are following social distancing precautions due to COVID-19. We can do a thorough review of your health history and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your issues and offer a comprehensive home exercise program to help you achieve your goals! 

In order to be respectful of the patients waiting for an appointment time to become available, we ask for a minimum of 48 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 business hours in advance, a $50 fee will be charged. If this occurs a second time or a patient "no shows" for a scheduled appointment, the full amount of the appointment will be charged.
