There is free 3 hour parking in the parking lot in the rear of the building.
We are a 7 minute walk from the Wyoming Hill Train Station.

In order to spend the quality one on one time we need with our clients, we currently do not accept insurance.
Upon request, we will provide an itemized super bill with the codes required for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, using your out of network benefits for physical therapy. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your out of network benefits.
Together we will discuss your health history and goals for pelvic floor physical therapy. We will do a series of assessments to help figure out the best exercises and treatment for your body's needs. You will receive a personalized home exercise program for you to continue your healing at home following the first visit.
Follow up sessions allow us to continue to work toward achieving your goals! Treatment may include: massage, manual therapy, biofeedback, electric stimulation, exercise guidance, updates and progressions to your home exercise program and keep us on track toward achieving your goals.
Initial Visit $225, Follow up Visit $190
This is a great option if you are looking for expert advice regarding your pelvic health, don't live in the area, or are following social distancing precautions due to COVID-19. We can do a thorough review of your health history and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your issues and offer a comprehensive home exercise program to help you achieve your goals!
In order to be respectful of the patients waiting for an appointment time to become available, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 fee will be charged. If this occurs a second time or a patient "no shows" for a scheduled appointment, the full amount of the appointment will be charged.
We will accept late cancellations for patients who are testing positive for COVID. There will be no charge for this cancellation.
