In order to spend the quality one on one time we need with our clients, we currently do not accept insurance.
Upon request, we will provide an itemized super bill with the codes required for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement using your out of network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your out of network benefits.

Along with learning about your medical history, we will begin working to achieve your goals from the very first visit. You will also receive a personalized home program for you to continue your healing at home.
Follow up sessions allow us to continue to apply manual therapy, initiate biofeedback, if needed, update and progress your home exercise program and track our progress toward your goals.

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, a fee of $50 will be charged. If this occurs a second time, the full amount of the appointment will be charged.
