In order to spend the quality one on one time we need with our clients, we currently do not accept insurance.
Upon request, we will provide an itemized super bill with the codes required for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement using your out of network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your out of network benefits.
Wellness consultations are considered a wellness service and therefore do not qualify for insurance reimbursement.

Along with discovering your history and needs, I will have the opportunity to apply my manual skills for both assessment and treatment during this in person session. You will also receive a personalized home program for you to continue your healing.
Follow up sessions allow us to continue to apply manual therapy, initiate biofeedback if needed, update progress your home exercise program and track our progress toward your goals.
This is a great option if you are looking for advice regarding your pelvic health, don't live in the area, or are following social distancing precautions due to COVID-19
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, a fee of $50 will be charged. If this occurs a second time, the full amount of the appointment will be charged.
Payment is due at the time of service.
